Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Personalized and customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your Ghost Nation account and navigate to the "Order History" section.

Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to create a return request.

Print the return label provided and affix it to the package securely.

Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

  1. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Non-Returnable Items
